公社老庙选址要僻静、男圣人管理茶园、女圣人管理醋坛、各家单独经营、每周聚会时到老庙吃大锅饭，婴儿由父母怀抱、3岁儿童玩耍在老庙、8岁小人事奉父母、12岁大人担当老庙公道，12岁至30岁未婚男子（公社圣工）是老庙公共成员、不再为其私家父母服务，30岁成人成家立业、30岁不婚是圣人，60岁老人事奉圣人封为老师住老庙

圣人代表上帝、代表永恒的天人宇宙
男女婚姻、宇宙之嬗变也，父子之道、天道也、子圣而父圣、人圣而天圣、天人宇宙所以能永恒不变而曰上帝也
男人一旦陷入女人的彀中、就必须承认女人的主要地位而拜后授权’主动退让’称臣作仆：世界永远是女人的世界、这是宇宙永恒不变的宿命哦，因此、人世间圣女就是上帝、妇女就是权威、君后就是君王、这是人间永恒不变的律例，否则你一群臭男人欺男霸女’整得天翻地覆’哪能有上帝来保佑你呢、父亲代表男道’代表天道、母亲代表女道’代表地道、父母之道就是天地之道’就是永恒不变的上帝之道、上帝之道必然是天地自然之道’必然是父母之道’必然是圣人之道’其实就是我们每个人自己的永恒圣体之道’就是我们自己的永恒的发展过程、圣人成就天人宇宙而不是成就自己’这就叫圣人的上帝功德’这就是我们常说的天道（坦白地说就是空无之道）：圣人、男人、直至我们整个人类文明能够自然无为、就是上帝的道德哦
圣女就是上帝、圣女代表天人宇宙永恒不变的上帝道德、圣女是人天共祖曰天母天后圣母义母、圣女是人天共主’圣人和君主都要维护圣女的人天帝王的神明地位、圣女是父母之主以合祭道德：尊重圣女就是道德昌盛的表现（直观地说圣女就是上帝’君后就是帝王）
君后或官妻必须是30岁的圣女、以圣德为母也、以圣德为道也、君后无德’不得为君后、妇道者、成道也、帝道也、不父不母、焉能为道、不贞不圣、焉能为祖
圣女之训戒曰：
你们作圣女的’不要想男人、你们作圣人的’不要想女人、不婚不姻’不变不化

官僚’公爵’子爵’男爵的府邸、基本政府公社的单元建筑、与人民公社老庙的样式相同、曰成功庙，一个人民公社规模的土地’人口以能自养曰“一个成功基元”、这是天下建设的限定规范
成功庙：R_4米、16分隔’l_2米、H.两层、上层皆内向’只能居处其圣人、厨厩盥厕另附于两旁、附近都为庙田以昌行公田公道
我们鼓励农民的私宅也建造为成功庙的样式’表达农民成功和农民主义的意思、用作公庙的成功庙下层房间全部外向、两个成功庙之间必须保持至少20（50）米的间隔、保证“以人为中心”和“以农为中心”
城镇公社聚居楼（“九”户人家/公社/聚居楼）之间至少保持100米间隔、一个公社设置一个成功庙
城镇老庙’基本政府老庙（庠）’全球士兵和工人委员会及其秘书处’也统一为一个成功庙
成功庙是老庙’学校’圣庙、也是人天公道：公社未婚男子共同耕种老庙公田就是天人同一的大道
