Briefing on Universal Ethics
公社社长领率公社人民斋戒节省粮食供奉其不婚配的圣人、各国太子留守在王爵会议充当圣兵’勤事长老会议’领率其洲未婚男子共同耕种各自公社的老庙公田、就是天与人相统一的成功道德
The commune leader leads the people of the commune in fasting and saving food to worship their unmarried saint; the princes of various countries remain at the council of kings to act as holy soldiers; the council of elders leads the unmarried men of their respective states to jointly cultivate the old temple fields of their communes; this is the successful morality of the unity of heaven and man.

One hundred of the oldest male workers form the Global Soldiers and Workers Council (Global Council of Elders) (20 per continent) to guide the world’s holy soldiers in farming and self-sufficiency, uphold the principle of governing by virtue of non-interference, and defend the sage as the supreme authority.
运用男子40岁从各种公田退役后才能返家婚配的圣工’圣兵’圣学生’圣太子制度以及凭“无为”取功德的圣人制度、工正人天道德：
The system of “sacred workers,” “sacred soldiers,” “sacred students,” and “sacred princes” who allow men to retire from various public fields at age 40 before returning home to marry, along with the system of saints who gain merit through “non-action,” and the moral principles of rectifying humanity and heaven:
☆1.开辟工业老庙（城镇庙）及其公田驻10名最老男工及10名圣兵进行农耕公祭’领率工业文明返农归正的重生道路、
☆1. Establish an old industrial temple (town temple) and its public land, where 10 of the oldest male workers and 10 holy soldiers will perform agricultural rituals, leading the industrial civilization on a path of rebirth through returning to agriculture.

☆2. Open up public land in urban communities to redeem industrial sins.
☆3.实行一位君主和八位官僚的基本政府公社制度’平均天下道德’开辟基本政府农田自给基本政府’以革正工人士兵和政府的职能、
☆3. Implement a basic government commune system with one monarch and eight bureaucrats, ‘equalize morality throughout the land,’ establish a basic government with self-sufficient farmland, and reform the functions of workers, soldiers, and the government.

The princes of various countries remain at the Council of Kings, acting as the holy soldiers of the Council of Elders, cultivating the land for self-sufficiency, diligently serving the elders, and leading the unmarried men of their respective continents to jointly cultivate the communal fields of their respective communities. ★3. A saint who has succeeded can leave the old temple of the commune at the age of 50 and become a farmer on his own. He can adopt a young saint as a son to help with farming. He can also occupy a piece of land, recruit a dozen or so unmarried men aged 12 to 30. He can establish an old temple, develop the public fields of the old temple, and prepare to start a new commune. He can be called the saint father.

★6. A duke’s daughter becomes a duke at the age of 30 (remaining unmarried for life). The duke is in charge of the morality of holy women and oversees the “marriage cycle system,” called the Holy Mother. Some basic government communes require holy women who are 30 years old to voluntarily settle in the duke’s basic government communes to become farmers, ‘training them to succeed’. They are then prepared to be assigned to various levels of ministers as wives at the age of 40 to assist their communes’ monarchs in unifying morality. This is called the Holy Women’s Kingdom.

◇2. The sage’s residence is the old temple of his commune, called the Sage Academy, the Sage Association, and the Sage Conference. The eight oldest sages reside in the Left Prime Minister’s Mansion of the basic government commune, in seclusion to cultivate their virtues and prepare to succeed as marquises. The younger ones are appointed as Left Prime Ministers to assist them in defining the path of the wise and virtuous throughout the world, formulating a unified constitution for humanity and heaven, and guiding the global council of elders to unify human and heavenly morality.

This signifies the realization of God’s Kingdom, and that President Xi is the global military commander-in-chief who rectifies morality throughout the world, the first emperor of all time with unparalleled achievements, the first deity of humanity and heaven who unifies morality, and the great father and mother whose creation merits are equal to those of heaven and earth.

◇4. All nobles—emperors, kings, marquises, and earls—are holy nobles, monarchs of their respective basic governmental communes, and monogamous peasants. The peasants are the true emperors, the resurrected, eternal God. The first emperor, like the Chinese peasants, is forever the creator god of the universe, the god of success, and the god of justice. The monarch of any commune, like the first emperor, holds the priesthood of success, called the Holy Throne, and is considered the father and mother of the people.

Marquises governed Viscounts and Barons, and those who were in charge of upholding and achieving the moral and ethical standards of humanity and the heavens were granted the title of Emperor. The Three Emperors were the highest divine instruments (specifically referring to the three imperial titles in China and the three basic government communes they represented).

The King, along with his Earl, upholds the common morality of the community, personally leading the fasting and offering of merit to repay the saint’s successful morality: the King fasts for 3 days each quarter to offer to the King; the Earl fasts for 2 days each month to offer to the Marquis; and the people of each community fast for 1 day each week to offer to their Holy Lord.
◇7.公社圣人有权罢免其老师、公社老师有权罢免其君主、公社圣女合祭道德曰帝、公社君后擅施成功权威曰王、

The sage of the commune has the right to dismiss his teacher; the teacher of the commune has the right to dismiss his monarch; the holy woman of the commune, when jointly worshipping morality, is called Emperor; the monarch and queen of the commune, when arbitrarily exercising their authority, are called King.
◇8.圣人的治所是其公社老庙’常住老庙的只有其圣人’老师和未婚男子、君主的治所是其公社中宫’常住中宫的只有其圣女、圣人’君主’君后都要维护圣女圣德、
◇8. The seat of a sage is the old temple of his commune. Only his sage, teacher, and unmarried men reside in the old temple. The seat of a monarch is the central palace of his commune. Only his holy daughter resides in the central palace. Both the sage, monarch, and queen must uphold the holy virtues of the holy daughter.
◇9.妇女们积极拥护各自公社君后的统一职能’把公社公道办好了’圣人和君主无事而已
◇9. The women actively support the unified functions of their respective communes’ rulers and queens; if the communes are governed fairly, then the sages and rulers will have nothing to do.
