【A Proclamation on Successful Morality by the Duke’s Basic Government Commune

The Commune Chief leads the people in fasting and saving food, ‘offering sacrifices to their unmarried saints’; ♦The daughters of the Dukes remain unmarried for life, serving exclusively as Dukes, ‘responsible for women’s morality,’ overseeing the Saintess Palaces and the marriage cycle system at all levels of the basic government communes; the princes of various countries remain at the Global Dukes’ Conference as holy soldiers, ‘diligently serving the Global Elders’ Conference, leading their continent’s unmarried men to jointly cultivate the old temple fields of their respective communes; this is the successful morality of the unity of Heaven and Man.
